We enter the home stretch, installing your appliances and fixtures and completing inspection of all work. At completion, we have the Quality Celebration. This is when we walk you through the home and make sure everything is perfect and ready for you to move in.

First, we break ground for your new home, prepare the soil for the home’s foundation and grade the lot.  Then, we lay the underground plumbing systems and pour the concrete foundation.

During this stage you’ll see the structure of your new home take shape as we set up the walls and outline the framework of rooms within your home. Then, we set the walls in place and install windows, exterior doors and insulation, as well as the plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems.

Watch the structure become your home as we hang and finish the drywall and install your cabinets and finishing trim. You’ll see all your design selections come to life as we install the interior doors, paint the walls and install countertops and flooring.
